Client Notifications of Percent of Contract Used

The Business Manager 365 Stop Work process includes client notifications that can be sent to the client liaison or additional persons, based on how you configure the settings for individual customers.

The Stop Work process will send notifications when a project is at: 

  • 80% of contracted hours
  • 90% of contracted hours
  • 100% of contracted hours 

Any work past 100% will require approval.
