Service Ticket – Part Usage

As employees use parts on a helpdesk ticket, whether it was something they ordered or a field purchased part, they can enter that part on the Part Used tab within Business Manager 365. Then, the parts used on a helpdesk or service ticket are tied to that helpdesk ticket for historical purposes and accounting can properly bill the customer for that part.
