Service Ticket – Document Management

As with many other areas of Business Manager 365, the ability to attach documents, screenshots, or other electronic files is present on every helpdesk and service ticket. When these attachments are uploaded in a ticket, they are associated and attached to that ticket. However, the repository for all documents, except for Human Resources documents, resides within the document management system and can be found there.
