There are many scenarios where having the ability to make a helpdesk ticket or service ticket confidential is important or required. Within Business Manager 365, you can make a ticket confidential with a click of a button. At that point only the MSP, service provider, and the Client Administrator with the right permissions can view, review, or change the ticket. Once a ticket is made confidential, Business Manager 365 also only sends email updates to specific people working the helpdesk ticket.
