If you choose to schedule an appointment by date, Business Manager 365 will show you which employees are available on a specific date and time. You may also request appointments by the employee, choosing from when that employee is available. Business Manager 365 is integrated with Microsoft Exchange so any appointments made through Business Manager 365 will flow to Exchange, then to Outlook, then to your cell phone.
