Humans love colors. We often associate green with good, and red for not, so Business Manager 365 allows you to assign colors and change labels on the Scheduling Dashboard. This way, you can see at a glance if things are good or not, and where your scheduling conflicts arise. The ability to purposely schedule a conflict is a security level limitation. This helps to limit the number of conflicts even though they still happen now and then; with color-coding you will know what and when they are.
