Customers’ Ability to Request an Appointment
When customers open a service ticket or helpdesk ticket through the web application, Business Manager 365 will ask them if they would like to request an appointment time to be available to work with the technician on their requested issues. The requested time is not a confirmed time; it is simply a request that can be accepted by the Helpdesk Coordinators, or another time can be suggested. This feature will also be available in the Mobile App.
