QA – Reporting and Integration
The Quality Assurance module logs all surveys sent and responded to. Survey history incudes ticket number, ticket subject, employee, customer, survey answers, and comments. All fields are sortable and reportable within the Quality Assurance module.
Reporting and Excel
Quality Assurance survey responses, as well as who did not respond, can be exported to Excel, where you can format and manipulate the data to fit your organization’s reporting needs.
