QA – Disputed Tickets

If a negative response to a survey is received, Business Manager 365 will automatically open a Disputed Ticket and associate it with the original ticket so all the history is kept together. Then that Disputed Ticket can be assigned to someone to call the customer and determine what adjustments can be made to satisfy the customer.
