The Pre-Install checklist is a final review and includes documenting that both the customer and the provider are ready to do the project. The Pre-install checklist confirms that there is a Project Coordinator or manager assigned to the project, the technical team is assigned, a date is set for the project management meeting, quotes and specifications are complete, all the parts have been ordered, the parts have arrived onsite, any pre-payments have been received and the start and end dates for the project are on the scheduling dashboard and the time blocked.
The post-project meeting is designed as an exit interview and confirmation that the scope of work and change orders have been completed to the customers’ satisfaction. The post-project meeting form tracks the date of the meeting, reviews of any change orders and the original scope of work, any objections or concerns can be documented. The form can be approved or declined by the client through the client portal.
