Business Manager 365 manages your vendors as part of the sourcing of parts and equipment. Business Manager 365 allows you to have a primary vendor and a secondary vendor for each part. It also tracks current pricing and applies a pricing expiration date. If set, this prevents you from quoting pricing that could be expired and should be repriced with the vendor. If a vendor is determined to be on the “do not purchase from” list, then you can disable that vendor to prevent any future purchases from that vendor.
