Parts, Assets, and Inventory Management – Expiring Warranties, Leases, Licensing
Business Manager 365 manages the receiving of parts and equipment. The receiving and managing of parts can be done via the Parts and Equipment module. There is also the capability of creating and receiving the parts inside the Business Manager 365 Mobile App.
Then, a barcode can be assigned in the parts and equipment module, or a barcode can be associated with that part through the Business Manager 365 mobile app. The status of parts can also be managed at this time; from requested, ordered, received, and then installed. Pictures can also be taken of the part and uploaded into the Parts and Inventory system allowing for future order verification.
