With any subcontractor, you want to make sure that payments are approved by the Project Manager or salesperson before you actually cut a check. Within the Subcontractor Management module, you can setup up payment approvals regardless of whether they are partial or full payments. You’ll be able to setup as many levels of approvals as you need and Business Manager 365 will track those approvals for future reference.
