Knowing your clients is core to your business operations. Business Manager 365 bring you the ability track the history of each client, including where they came from such as Tradeshow, Referral, or Conference. 

The tracking features in Helpdesk Service Tickets, Project Tickets, Parts, Assets, Inventory, Billing, Reporting, Contracts, Appointments, and Tasks allows you to build an extensive knowledge base on each client you serve and analyze their buying patterns.

Client Basic Information

The client record is the primary information regarding a specific client; information such as customer name, address, city, state, zip code, country, website, primary contact information, cell phone, fax, email, time zone, referred by, and any initial comments related to this specific customer. This is also where you would inactivate a customer if required to keep your active client records clean and organized.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments in Business Manager 365 are similar throughout the software. You can add internal and external people along with synchronization between Business Manager 365 and Outlook, which then synchronizes with your mobile devices.

Customers and employees will receive email reminders regarding the upcoming appointment.

Client Administrators

Client Administrators is where you can assign permissions to perform specified functions to customers. The security within Business Manager 365 is configured by building groups and those groups have certain permissions. Then you put the users within those groups.  Higher permissions translate to greater ability to see, modify and change the data within the system.

Client Notifications

Client notifications allow you to put information on the client portal that may be important for them to know, such as maintenance windows, or system outages, any information that is important to all end users logging into the system.

Client Reporting and History

Through the reporting section of Business Manager 365, you will have the ability to search for the history of the client, through several predesigned reports, or Liberty One Software will write any custom reports that you request.

Contract Information

Under the contract information tab, you will see any approved and active contracts for the specific customer. You can then open the contract and review the terms, pricing, duration, and any changes to the scope of work, or services provided to a specific customer.

Custom Forms Designer

Business Manager 365 can design custom forms for the Helpdesk ticket system, Client section, Project Management, or internal use. It allows for version control, and descriptions, and the ability to inactivate the custom form.

Customizable Client Information

Business Manager 365 Client Management is also integrated into the custom Client Information module.  The Business Manager 365 client information section is an area that is fully customizable for the needs of your business and any detailed information your Helpdesk support teams or project teams are going to need at their fingertips.
