Document Management – Search Capabilities
Business Manager 365 makes finding documents easy in a multitude of ways. Within the Helpdesk systems, documents are attached to the individual helpdesk ticket. Anytime someone reviews that specific ticket those documents will be available. The same functionality is available in the Project Management system.
In a broader sense, Business Manager 365 groups documents based on the client. In the Client Information module, the ability to view all attachments associated with that client are available. However, the main repository and search function for all documents is within the Document Management module. Other search parameters include searching by the employee who uploaded the document, date uploaded, and document description.
