Prospect Management within Business Manager 365 is very similar to the Client Management module. As your sales team is working with a prospect, they are building an information knowledge base related to that organization. Once the prospect becomes a client, all that information is transferred to the active client status and all the support staff and operations staff are able to view the appropriate information collected over the sales cycle.
