Client Management – Assigned Employees

Part of the security model within Business Manager 365 is the ability to configure which employees can see which client information, such as the client contact information, helpdesk activity, projects, and associated documents.  

If you don’t want an employee or group to see a particular client, you just simply remove them from that client record. 

This is a great feature if you utilize consultants or other outside resources and only want them to view certain customers.
