Service Ticket – Conflict Process Management​

When employees call in sick or schedule vacations there is going to be an impact on the work schedule. Business Manager 365 has a functionality called Conflict Management to prevent employees from unknowingly having multiple appointments in the same time slot. Through integration with tasks, appointments, helpdesk tickets, and project management, the system will notify the person who is managing the schedule of a conflict. This will allow the scheduler to move tickets, appointments, and tasks to other available technicians.
