Service Ticket – Child Tickets
Business Manager 365 has the ability to create child tickets for instances where additional issues are identified and need to be resolved in order to fix an existing helpdesk or service ticket. A child ticket is an additional ticket that can be created within the original ticket, and assigned to other employees to complete. When the original ticket is closed, it closes all the related child tickets, yet they are tied together so in the event of litigation or history both tickets will show in the search.
