Scheduling – Appointments
Appointments are also shown on the Scheduling Dashboard, which results in the technician or team member showing as scheduled for that time slot. If an appointment creation is going to create a scheduling conflict, Business Manager 365 will inform you of the conflict and allow you to make changes to clear that conflict. Business Manager 365 will also allow others to view the details of an appointment.
