The Business Manager 365 Quick Quote process allows for the sales team or purchasing department to quickly provide a quote to the customer for approval without having to go through a formalized contracting process. The Quick Quote template is configurable so you can design a logoed form with terms of service. Due to the integration of the Microsoft Office Suite and Word, you can modify the language before it is either printed, emailed, or approved through the customer portal by the client.

The Business Manager 365 Quick Quote processes do have search capabilities, where Quick Quotes can be searched by Submitted quotes, Ticket quotes, Contract quotes, Not submitted quotes, Inactive quotes, or All quotes.
