The Manage by Objective (MBO) Summary is a longer view of how your employees are performing against your overall business objectives. The MBO summary shows the employee, date, tickets closed, aging tickets, QA responses, Total Hours, Billable Hours, Clocked In hours, Average days to close, and Average Time per Ticket. You also can filter by date range, calculate data back to a selected date, aging tickets older than, and all employees or specific employees. This information can then be exported to Excel where you can format and slice and dice the data any way you need.
