The Business Manager 365 CRM allows for a salesperson to receive tasks from other employees, but also create tasks of all kinds for employees. Those tasks can be scheduled and tracked to completion and will be displayed on the employee’s dashboard. If the task is scheduled to be completed on a specific date, it will be displayed on the scheduling dashboard and will reserve time for that task to be completed.
