Business Manager 365 includes the ability to electronically approve contracts and Quick Quotes if your sales process needs it. Once a Contract or Quick Quote is created, the salesperson has the options of downloading and printing, downloading and emailing to a prospect, or sending them a Business Manager 365 link. That link will show them the Contract or Quick Quote where they can approve or decline. If they decline, Business Manager 365 notifies the salesperson so that the salesperson can call and discuss the topic with the prospect.
