CRM – Active Clients
Within the CRM module, you can see all the clients that are assigned to a specific salesperson, based on the security preferences that have been set. If a client has been assigned to a particular salesperson, then the only person who can reassign the client is a sales manager.
The CRM module also manages contract expirations and renewal dates. Business Manager 365 will start sending the assigned salesperson notifications that the contract is going to expire.
