Business Manager 365 Quick Quotes are generally used for anything that doesn’t require a contract. Quick Quotes are customizable and your logo can even be added to it.

As part of the Quick Quote process, these quotes are tied to the client and the Price Sheets within the Business Manager 365 Parts and Inventory module. Sales personnel can then look up parts and pricing and add them as a line item on the Quick Quote. If a salesperson selects a part or piece of equipment that has expired pricing, Business Manager 365 will automatically put that Quick Quote into the purchasing queue for review and repricing.
