Prices on parts and equipment change regularly, so to keep sales team and purchasing department from ordering based on old pricing, the Parts and Inventory module will allow you to set a Price Expiration Process. This process will not keep you from requesting a part, but it automatically goes to purchasing for re-pricing to ensure that you are quoting a current price.
