Barcoding – Helpdesk Lookup by Barcode
The Business Manager 365 barcoding system allows you to get information regarding parts and equipment quickly and efficiently with just a simple scan. By scanning the barcode, the system will show any open helpdesk tickets related to that item, or allow you to open a new helpdesk ticket. It will also show user information and history, warranty information, purchase information and specifications. This information is also available through the client portal.
